Structural and frame repair

A hard impact often bends the steel or aluminum structure behind the body, not just the visible panels. We measure the frame and cage against factory specifications and pull it back to spec before any cosmetic work begins.

Skipping structural work is the most common way a repair fails later: a panel that looks straight over a twisted frame will never fit, seal, or hold paint correctly. Getting the bones right first is what makes the rest of the repair last.

Fiberglass, aluminum, and panel work

RV and trailer bodies are built from fiberglass front and rear caps, laminated sidewalls, and on Airstreams, riveted aluminum. Each material is repaired differently, and a general body shop set up for cars rarely has the process for any of them.

We repair or replace cracked caps, punctured skin, crushed compartments, and damaged doors and windows, then blend the new work into the surrounding finish so the repair disappears.

ADAS recalibration and safety systems

Modern vans and motorhome chassis carry forward cameras, radar, and lane-keep and emergency-braking sensors. After structural, bumper, or windshield work these systems have to be rescanned and recalibrated, or the driver assistance reads the road incorrectly.

We complete the post-collision ADAS scan and recalibration that many shops skip, so the vehicle leaves safe and the warning lights stay off.
