Frequently asked questions
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We work direct with every major carrier, including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA, Mercury, Allstate, and many more, and we hold direct repair relationships with select carriers. Collision estimates are written after inspection, insurance walk-ins are always welcome, and we document hidden damage so your claim reflects the real repair.
Do you offer mobile or on-site repair?
No. All work is performed in-shop at our Yorba Linda facility. This lets us do structural, paint, and systems work to a standard that mobile service cannot match. Customers bring their RV, van, or trailer to us from across Orange County, LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
How much will my repair cost?
Our Pricing page lists ballpark ranges for every service by vehicle type. Collision estimates are written after inspection. An RV systems estimate is $150 and an in-depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, both refundable as a credit against an authorized repair. The final price always comes from a written estimate after inspection.
What kinds of vehicles do you repair?
All years, all makes, all classes: Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, truck campers, cargo and utility trailers, Sprinter, ProMaster, Transit, and EV cargo vans, and commercial truck bodies. We have a 1959 Flxible coach in restoration alongside 2025 Sprinters and Rivians.
What warranty do you offer?
A written workmanship guarantee on all collision repair, a 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty on RV systems and mechanical and electrical work, and a 5 year color match and adhesion warranty on paint.
Do you repair commercial truck engines or do DOT inspections?
No. For fleet and commercial trucks we do body, paint, structural, and equipment installation only. We do not perform engine, drivetrain, or DOT inspection work.
Do you do RV engine rebuilds?
We service the coach and house systems: generators, 12V and 110V electrical, LP, heating and cooling, appliances, plumbing and tanks, leveling and suspension, slides, and awnings. We do not perform chassis engine or transmission rebuilds.
What deposit do you require?
A 50 percent deposit at authorization on any job over $2,000, with an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on any job over $10,000. The final balance is due at pickup, and a 3.5 percent surcharge applies to credit card payments over $1,000.
Can you match my paint and graphics?
Yes. We do full refinishing, color match and panel blending, decals, and partial or full vinyl wraps, backed by a 5 year color match and adhesion warranty on paint.
How long will my repair take?
Timelines depend on parts and the scope of damage. Each service on our Pricing page includes a labor-hours range to set expectations, and we give you a clear timeline and a single point of contact once the work is approved.
