TLDR
How an RV insurance claim inspection works, what we document, and why it matters for your payout.
An RV insurance inspection is where your claim is really won or lost. The goal is simple: document every bit of damage, visible and hidden, so the estimate sent to your carrier reflects the true cost of putting your RV back to where it was.

Ballpark ranges to help you plan, not a quote. Collision estimates are written after inspection. Final pricing comes from a written estimate after inspection. See full pricing.
When you bring your motorhome or trailer in, a specialist walks the whole vehicle. We photograph the obvious impact damage, then look for the damage that is easy to miss: cracked structure behind panels, water intrusion at seams, and slide or roof misalignment that follows a hit.
That documentation becomes a written estimate. If hidden damage turns up during the repair, we submit a supplement to your carrier rather than cutting corners, because a thin first estimate is the most common reason owners end up paying out of pocket later.
Collision estimates at OCRV are written after inspection and insurance walk-ins are welcome. We work direct with every major carrier, so you bring the vehicle and we handle the back-and-forth with your adjuster.
